Ala carte 2 (day 2)

Assalamualaikum guys, today I left for campus at 6:25 a.m. and arrived at 6:30 a.m., why was it faster than the previous day? Well, because today is the day when all food has to be ready and will be ordered by the restaurant. On arrival at the campus I and my other friends did not escape the name absent, after absent we immediately did during doingings came the supervisor to provide material as before, Mr. ical directed what must be made, he also explained the terminology of one of the food menus we will make.


After receiving our material, we immediately assign each one to create a menu that has been distributed the previous day. Like yesterday, I took out the menu material that I will make from the chiller, which is mpek-mpek and the sauce, which is usually called kacu. After I took it out, I immediately microwaved the mekek mekek because the condition was hard due to leaving the chiller. After all my tools and materials were complete and I had worked together to handle them, we prepared the tools that would be used while waiting for orders from the restaurant. After that, the order arrived and we immediately setup and painted the participants.


After everything was finished and the restaurant closed, we immediately tidied the tools and ingredients that we had used, after it was finished we immediately flocked to pray together, after the prayer we immediately returned to the kitchen and then we ate together and finished eating we took a short break . After a proper break we immediately carried out general cleaning activities. we break again after everything is clean and finished while waiting for the supervisor to provide information and breeding. After that we returned to our homes. Wassalam ..
