Ala carte 2 (day 3)
Assalamualaikum guys, today I left for campus at 6:00 a.m., why was it faster than the previous day? Well, because today is the day when all food has to be ready so it won't be overwhelmed if it's ordered by the restaurant. When I arrived on campus I and my other friends did not miss the name, after we were absent we received material from the supervisor before that we did not forget to pray, Mr. ical appointed us one by one to explain the terminology about the menu that we made, he also explained the terminology of one of the food menus that we made also, he gave a lot of useful knowledge to us.
After receiving our material, we immediately assign each one to create a menu that has been distributed the previous day. Like yesterday I took out the menu material that I will make from the chiller that is the mpek-mpek along with the sauce which is usually called cuko yesterday I had wrongly called it guys well forgive me just an ordinary human, after I took it out I microwave it directly because the condition is hard effect after leaving the chiller. In addition, I helped other friends prepare other ingredients such as salads and other menus. After all is complete, we prepare the tools that will be used while waiting for the order from the restaurant. After that, the order arrived and we immediately set up the orders that had been ordered.
After everything was finished and the restaurant closed we immediately tidied the tools and ingredients we had used, after it was finished we rushed to pray at the campus mosque, after the prayer we immediately returned to the kitchen then we ate together and finished eating we took a short break. After a proper break we immediately conducted general cleaning activities as usual, we returned to rest after everything was clean and finished while waiting for the supervisor to provide information on the next day about what to do again.
