Ala carte (day 2)
Assalamualaikum guys, today I left for campus at 7:00 a.m., a little earlier because we will prepare the materials to be set up at 10:00 a.m., today my group mates were nata, sally and yuni, the pastry group. Before doing as usual we prayed and then Mr. Ichal called our names one by one, and Mr. Ichal gave us material about menu today.
After receiving the directions, we immediately did. During my doing and work together while sally prepared other ingredients, we made sachertorte which is a kind of baton chocolate cake that is similar to sponge but this one is different because the texture is dense and looks tough but tasty. After finishing painting, we waited for the order from the restaurant. This Dessert came to the restaurant as much as 5pcs.
After everything has been ordered in the restaurant, we also cleaned the work area and equipment that we used, before we did general cleaning, we rushed to the mosque and prayed together. After prayed, we immediately went back to the kitchen and did general cleaning, after finished, we took a break for a while while waiting for directions from the technical officer or Pak Jaya for breeding and returning to their homes.
