Ala carte (day 3)
Asslamualaikum genkk, today i left for campus at 05:45, why was i that early? Because yesterday, Mr. ical was angry because when we prepared yesterday it was a mess, so he asked us to come early, after that we had to prepare the ingredients first. Before entering the kitchen as usual, we check grooming and absent names one by one. After that we received directions from the supervisor who today who were in charged for today aldy, agung and muklis. They are very good at teaching and telling us what we don't know.
After receiving directions from the supervisors, we received more from Mr. ical, he explained about all ala carte dishes, he always remind us about working safe and clean and how to do it well. After giving directions he immediately told us to do things. My group and I made dessert just the same as yesterday, but the setup and the garnish were different. after we finished, we immediately cleaned the work area and equipment that we had used, after that we settled while waiting for the open restaurant and waiting for the order
After that the restaurant was opened, we served ala carte menu to the restaurant, and after we closed, we immediately cleaned up our work area. And after that we left the work awhile to pray, we went together to the mosque. Remember, no matter how high your position in world, if you don't pray, all is in vain, it doesn't mean anything in the eyes of Allah, no matter how busy you are always remember to pray because everything comes from Allah and will return to Him. Hehe this is not a lecture. I’m just warning because it would be nice if we were together for good.
After we pray, we immediately returned to the kitchen and did the general cleaning, I and my team, I cleaned up the pastry and bakery area, we helped each other so that our work finished soon, after everything was finished, we ate together, after all finished we took a break During that time, we waited for briefing directions from Mr. Jaya or Mr. Ical and returned to home.
