Indonesian buffet

Hi guys .. this morning my friend and i went to campus earlier at 6.50 in the morning because at 7:15 we had to go into the kitchen. Okay, today we oneline and were absent one by one, after that we entered the kitchen, before we start we pray and I lead the prayer, after praying together we explained the cooking method about Indonesian buffet menu one by one, after finished explaining we started doing right away, because we only had 2 hours to set up all the food ingredients that we will make.

My group handled the maincourse rendang Daging, Taliwang grilled chicken, coconut milk and vegetable pelecing, don't forget the white rice, well Indonesian menu always completed with white rice guys. After all ready we immediately set up all the food ingredients and ready to served to the restaurant.

After all is finished, we also immediately cleaned up our work area and started general cleaning. we were working together, semester 1 and 3, we cleaned from exhaust to the floor. All areas must be cleaned and dried. After everything was finished, we took a break for a while while waiting for Mr. Jaya to give directions, after that mr. Jaya came, we oneline according, after that we prayed together and returned to our homes. Wassalam
