Day 4 (gammara)
Hello guys today i went to the Gammara hotel where i was to do campus practice at 6:50 a.m., as usual before entering the kitchen first attend and fill in the absentee book so that i can attend.
After filling out the absences like yesterday before preparing, i clean the work area to look neat and always clean. Because of the breakfast, i checked the food in front of where the guests were doing breakfast, if i had started to run out, i had to quickly pick up the food so it wouldn't be empty. Because guests are quite a lot if breakfast.
After breakfast is finished, i continue with other activities, namely making glessing and other cakes for preparing ingredients and if ordered all the ingredients are ready. After all my work finished ms. Ririn, as usual, allowed me to eat lunch.
After the rest and lunch was over i sat for a moment and went straight back to the kitchen to clean the work area and re-tidy up the ingredients and then replace the container to keep it clean and undamaged, it turned out that the food ingredients were influential with the container too guys!
When the container starts to get dirty bacteria will accumulate and the food ingredients will be broken or stale quickly so in hotels or restaurants always pay attention to the tools and food ingredients very carefully because the cost always runs. It depends on the hotel or restaurant respectively! If the person is diligent it must be all neat and well organized.
Okay, after all is done i clean the work area and the tools and materials that i have used, the work area must remain clean so it doesn't look dirty and messy. After all was finished i approached the kitchen for a while to see other friends frying and doing other activities. After that i was allowed to go home by ms. Ririn. Hehe. Wassalam.
