Day 3 (gammara)
Hi guys meet again as usual I go to Gammara hotel at 6:59 a.m. Before you go to the kitchen there is a mandatory absence of names and filling in the attendance book.
After filling in, we can enter and be declared present. While waiting for the activities to be done, I clean the work area. After that came ms. Ririn and other seniors, i was immediately taught how to make putu ayu cakes and other cakes, i immediately prepared the tools and ingredients and did it myself, it felt that on the campus kitchen and hotel kitchen it was really far different guys, here it was fast but the job has never ceased. I am quite happy because i learned a lot from other seniors, and i was quite ready to read various characters from them.
After finishing making putu ayu i immediately made another cake, all had to be ready if someone ordered. So a lot of material must be prepared. After my work is finished, I am allowed to do the rest, my friend and the others are in the cafeteria while having lunch. After finishing, we returned to the kitchen and carried out activities. Making cakes and so on. After all my work was done, ms. Ririn allowed us to go home, because it was the turn that entered the afternoon to continue the work as usual. Wassalam .
