Indonesian buffet

Haiii guys, back again, ohiya today I went to campus at 7:00 a.m. it seems a bit fast? Yes, because I was the class leader for today, i have to come quickly because attendance and all the chillers in the kitchen must be checked first. Today is quite tiring guys because there are so many menus that will be made by me and my group and we had to prepare the main food or commonly called maincourse for the next day. Before doing this Mr. Ical explained to us about the buffet sizes in various cities, from Java to Sulawesi. After we found out the difference was quite large.
After we received directions from Mr. Ical we also immediately received orders from Mr. Ical for doing but chef dyno came. He again gave directions and material on the types of cooking spices from various cities, starting from Sabang to Merauke. Previously, I didn't understand enough, but after chef dyno explained, finally I could understand and distinguish about the spice characters used from each city. Indeed there are many similarities but there are also differences. Okay guys, after finishing receiving the material from chef dyno, he immediately told us to started doing, my group and I immediately prepared the ingredients and then we worked together to make spices for Taliwang grilled chicken and rendang, it was one of the main menus that will be set up for the next day for other menus we’ll make it tomorrow because it doesn't take too much time, why do we make rendang and Taliwang chicken first? Well, rendang takes a long time to make the spices soak into the meat, more or less we need 4-5 hours to cook rendang. In addition, there is also Taliwang grilled chicken which is made in advance because the chicken will be marinated for 1 night so that the seasoning seeps into the meat and the taste more savory.
After all the preparations are finished, we started the GC right away because the time was very short, but 1st and 5th semester were very slow in their work, finally we ran out of time, but Pak Ical was furious because the 5th semester job was done by semester 3, so mr. ical ordered 5th semester to finished gc all by themselves. Actually we felt sorry but we had to listen to orders and follow the rules, finally we only can help GC outside the kitchen.
After GC we also gave directions oneline and briefing by Mr. Ical and he told me to lead the prayer, we prayed together and went home. Wassalam
