Assalamualaikum hello guys,

 see me again in this practice week. Today is mid, i.e. evaluation before the final test. Btw in this mid test, in one class divided into 4 groups, where each group consists of 9-10 people in it. In this group, the day for mid has been determined and in the random day, it does not mean that group 1 comes on day 1 but in random, there is group 4, but practice on the first day as well as others.

Okay guys next, here we are mid-test with the title bread corner, where a variety of breads and variants of our taste are made from the day before we are mid, so the day before mid we prepare the ingredients that will be used the next day, starting from the garnish, the variant of the taste, the filling , and various forms of bread we make. There are croissants, sendwich, pia, tarlets. From some of these kinds of bread we make it with various shapes and flavors. And we all work together so that the work feels light and gets done quickly.

After all the soap we go home and discuss for the next day. No need at length and after the next day, we start and prepare the tools and materials that we have prepared from last night. We brought everything to the rector's building to present it to some of the lecturers who were there to eat it and they gave the value on the form that we shared. Before the other group experienced so much time was spent and quite a lot of time to finish the breads, but our group was quite capable from starting to set up to clear up only requiring 1 hour right, either because of the mother's bread or the longer lecturer I haven't had breakfast yet, but whatever the reason is, thank God it's satisfying, thank you for the team work!
